Final Examination Physics 8120 : Plasma Physics
نویسنده
چکیده
This is an open book and notes take home examination and MUST be returned to me by 10:50AM on Wednesday, December 5th, 2007. Either hand it to me personally at the beginning of our last class, or leave it in a sealed envelope in my box in 700 One Park Place. If you have any questions, you should ask me, and no one else. Note that I will be out of town from 14 November through 25 November, but will be accessible by e-mail or, if necessary, phone: 609 273-7177. Start each full question on a separate sheet and put your name on each sheet handed in. On the top of the first sheet you are to write the following statement: “I have neither given nor received any unauthorized assistance on this examination.” Sign your name after writing the above sentence. Clearly state any assumptions you make, clearly label any diagrams you draw and clearly site any reference you might use other than the text or notes. The point value of each question is given in brackets after the question or part thereof; they total 110, so 10 bonus points are built in. Partial credit will be awarded, so be sure to show work on each question. Legibility is important; if I can’t read it, it can’t be right!
